Mended rim, neck and handle fragment of a jug. Slightly convex-sided neck. Everted flattened rim. Low vertical handle from lower neck, rectangular in section, inserted through wall at lower end, with prominent thumb-grip at the apex. Decorated in fugitive matt black paint, not well preserved. On interior, below rim, straight and wavy horizontal line. On rim, straight line between wavy lines. On exterior, on neck, alternating groups of four parallel horizontal lines and single horizontal wavy lines. Vertical wavy line on surface of handle. Solid paint on thumb-grip and sides of handle. Drawn.
