Rim, neck, handle and upper body fragment of a juglet. Narrow somewhat convex-sided neck tapering to round horizontal mouth with everted rim. Vertical handle, oval/rectangular in section, from rim to shoulder, inserted through wall at lower end. Thin incised decoration, not executed with a multiple tool, with some white infill. On the neck three sets of horizontal lines (three at top and base, four at centre), not continuous below the handle. On shoulder horizontal row of plain lozenges to each side of handle join. Below, area of hatching, probably a horizontal row of framed hatched lozenges. Below handle insertion point a second insertion point, apparently intended for the handle but not used and subsequently filled in at the vessel wall. Front of neck fired dark grey. Remainder of surface orange-brown. Drawn.
