Imitation Base-ring

Rim, body and base fragments, non-joining, from a small bowl. Y-shaped body with carination below rim. Low ring base, convex underneath. Straight flattened rim (4mm wide). One side of horizontal handle attachment visible below rim. Wall thickness from 3 to 5mm, thickening toward base. Apparently an imitation of BR II Y-shaped bowls. Fabric and flaking matt black slip similar to BS. Not decorated. Drawn.
