Rim, neck, handle and body fragment from a large jug. Cutaway mouth, flaring rounded rim. Narrow slightly convex-sided neck. Low vertical handle from mid-neck to shoulder, oval in section, inserted through wall at lower end. Probably ovoid body. Low unpierced lug/rim projection on either side of cutaway mouth. Rough, deep vertical incision, in three parts, at centre of surface of handle. Matt black/brown slip. Drawn.
