Large mended neck, handle and body fragment from a medium-sized jug. Narrow neck tapering upward, probably to cutaway spout. Ovoid/globular body, probably rounded base. Low vertical handle, oval in section, from mid- or lower neck, inserted through wall at lower end. Large pierced lug (or secondary handle) at neck-base on front of vessel. Fine incised decoration. On surface of handle probably a vertical zig-zag, but badly worn. On neck three parallel horizontal lines with a horizontal zig-zag above and below. Three parallel horizontal lines at neck-base. On body four six-line concentric circle motifs (relatively broadly incised) alternating with four double-framed vertical crosshatched panels, widening downward. On lower body six parallel horizontal lines. Base plain. Drawn.
