Notes:
Rim, neck and body fragment from a small closed vessel, probably a jar. Thin-walled globular body. Short broad neck widening to round horizontal mouth with straight flattened rim. Small plain projection on rim. At one end of sherd rim appears to rise to a handle join. Worn, thin to medium slip with medium to high lustre. Slipped across interior (thin matt, 2.5YR4/6). Thin, shallow incised (possibly executed with a multiple tool) and punctured decoration, not well preserved. Two-line zig-zag on rim. Three or more parallel lines on rim projection. On interior, groups of three or four short parallel vertical lines roughly equidistant on neck. On exterior: on neck, horizontal row of framed punctured upward-pointing triangles, with sets of three or four short parallel vertical lines above. On body, as preserved, probably two horizontal rows of framed punctured lozenges with four horizontal lines above and three or more below. Drawn.
