Notes:
Two non-joining mended body, base, neck and handle fragments from a jug. Rim and areas of neck and body missing. Globular body, rounded base. Narrow neck, probably cutaway mouth. Small unpierced lug at handle base. Angular handle, with large rectangular thumbgrip, inserted throuhg vessel wall. Solid paint on thumbgrip. Vertical wavy line on surface of handle. Vertical line on underside of handle. Worn indecipherable decoration on sides of handle. On neck, single horizontal wavy lines alternating with three parallel horizontal lines. Framed reserved panel on rear of neck, below handle. Body divided into four broad vertical panels by four vertical wavy lines framed by three vertical straight lines (below handle, at front and sides of body). In preserved panel, broad horizontal crosshatched band on shoulder. On mid-body horizontal row of large upright hatched triangles, bordered to one side only by double lines, with isolated dot-within-a-circle motifs in the interstices; framed above and below by three parallel horizontal lines. On lower body mutilple parallel vertical and horizontal lines, probably crossing at centre of base (missing). Drawn.
